1. A deposit of 100
Euro per person must be paid on completion of the
booking and sent in with a Bank Transfer form or Western
Union Money Transfer. If you are booking within 8
weeks of your intende departure date we require 50
% payment. And if you are booking within 4 weeks of
your intended departure date we require full payment
and your deposite will be returned to you.
2. Cancellation or
changing your booking
The cancellation will
take effect from your deposit or your expedition costs.
It will incur a 50 Euro handing charge per person.
The cencellation within 60 - 45 days you will be charged
20 % of your expedition costs. The cencellation within
44 - 28 days you will be charged 50 % of your expedition
costs, 27 - 23 days you will be charged 75 % of your
expedition costs, and after 22 days 100% of your expedition
costs. The changing your booking to other places will
be an alternative because of war, chaos, and nuclear
disaster. It will be organized for the 3 - 6 months
later.
